Return the JB-3 Leg Bag Kit within 60 days from purchase to receive a full refund.

We really appreciate your business and realize that the JB-3 is not for everyone. We care about your satisfaction. If you have any concerns, we hope to put you at ease by providing you with the option to return the JB-3 Leg Bag Kit within 60 days from purchase. If you purchase a JB-3 from one of our re-sellers, you will need to arrange refunds or exchanges through them.

The first step is to complete our Service and Returns Form, which will send you an email that you need to print out and include in the return box.

Terms to Receive a Full Refund

Our mission is to help you find your independence and we will make every reasonable accommodation to refund your money. However, if the Kit is not returned with the following requests, all of your money may not be refunded:

  • The JB-3 valve must be in reasonable condition (no gouges, scratches or noticeable disfigurement) . Please treat it with care if you are considering returning it.
  • We do not want your used drain tubing or connector tube, please do not send them!
  • Please include the instruction manual, and ‘C’ bracket along with anything else that is un-used.
  • If possible, the JB-3 Kit should be returned in the original box. The original box helps prevent any damage while being shipped. A damaged/missing box will not affect you refund.
  • Shipping insurance is your responsibility. If you don’t insure it and it gets lost, we can’t give you a refund.
  • You must include the purchasers name.
  • A daytime phone number is also required in case there is any difficulty processing the refund.
  • Include your receipt , or a copy of your receipt, would provide an easy way to show your purchase date and the purchaser information, but is not required.

Warranty Repair/Exchanges

Please ship all other returns postage paid. It is highly recommended that you also insure all packages since we will not be financially responsible if your package is lost. 

JB-3.COM is responsible for all warranty replacement and repairs regardless of where you purchased the JB-3. 

Please call 1-888-767-1924 to arrange for warranty service prior to sending the package.

Damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within 10 days. Shipping damage should be noted to the carrier at the time of delivery. In the event of damaged delivery: Indicate damage on the delivery bill and have it signed by the driver. Contact our customer service department to have a replacement order sent.
