Please don’t send a JB-3 back requiring a signature for delivery because there may not be staff to sign for it for a few days and it may get returned to you as undeliverable.
Please don’t include any used tubing. Used tubing will contaminate the contents of the box.
It is very important that proof of purchase is included with the return. This can be the serial
number on the clamp body, a copy of the receipt, or a copy of an email from us when you
purchased the unit.
When you ship any JB-3 back for repair you may want to insure it for $175.00 (though not required). Spending a few extra dollars will cover the cost of replacing the JB-3 Valve if it does get lost. Your best value is to ship 1st class United States Postal Service with insurance. FED-X and UPS cost much more and it does not speed up the delivery time and in some cases will take longer.
